Fimey provides industrial manufacturing services including timber fabrication, metal fabrication, modular assembly, and engineering support for the construction industry. All services are subject to availability and specifications agreed upon in individual project contracts.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Fimey. A binding contract is formed upon our written acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Late payments may incur additional charges.
We adhere to all relevant industry standards and best practices. Products are manufactured to specifications agreed upon in project contracts. Any deviations must be approved in writing.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the contract. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from our services.
All designs, drawings, and technical documentation remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom designs created for specific projects may be subject to separate intellectual property agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
